Balanced Score Card Training

JAKARTA, MARCH 25 – APRIL 1, 2009. 22 IGI institutes participated in the Balanced Score Card (BSC) training facilitated by AMC Consulting at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta.

The IGI institutes were divided into two groups, first on March 23-25 and another on March 30-April 1, 2009.

The training which had been held for 3 days for each group aimed to introduce the BSC to IGI institutes and know-how to implement the BSC in each institute. The first day was an introduction of BSC: what are the benefits of BSC, how it is working and how the implementation has to be done. Directors and two department representatives joined the first day training and the rest was only attended by the department representatives to get some deeper knowledge and experiences how to implement BSC.

In future, both IGI center and partners are expected to be able to implement the BSC in their own institutes.
