Senior Experten Service

JAKARTA, OCTOBER 28, 2009. Several senior experts from Senior Experten Service (SES) Bonn, Germany, are assigned to IGI institutes.

The cooperation with SES aims to pass on the expert’s knowledge, experience, skill and technology to IGI institutes according to the field problems faced by the institutes. The cooperation also has been started since IGI project was established in 2001. Here is the list of current assigned SES experts:

1. Vilmos Czikkely, laboratory management, assigned to AKA Bogor.
2. Baron Ulrich Von Sass, woodworking design and marketing, assigned to PIKA Semarang, SMKN 2 Kendal, and SMK Pangudi Luhur Muntilan.
3. Gisbert Wolf, high end mold design, assigned to ATMI Solo.

Previously still in this year, 2009, SES also assigned Manfred Woehlermann for agricultural laboratory management at VEDCA Cianjur, Hans Joachim Schrodt for mechatronics department development at P4TK Medan, and Reinhard Ploetz for renewable energy at ATMI Solo. Senior Experten Service (SES) is the Foundation of German Industry for International Cooperation (Stiftung der deutschen Wirtschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit). It is a non-profit organisation.

Not only SES, two interns from ASA program, InWent are also assigned to PIKA Semarang, SMKN 2 Kendal, SMK Pangudi Luhur Muntilan sharing their experience in joinery and vocational education in Germany.
